During the annual general meeting, the ECF hosted Georges Gilkinet, Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Mobility, one of the leading advocates of the European Cycling Declaration. In response to Georges Gilkinet's appeal, we join the campaign to declare 2024 the European Year of the Bicycle.
